multi-family and residential properties a complete turnkey solution to manage the cost of risk and to create an additional revenue source. There is no cost to start the program. Your participation in the program requires no up-front capital or other financial obligations. RLL’s TL program provides a level of protection to cover resident-caused losses at your properties and communities. It is an immediate solution to fulfill the insurance requirements for most tenant lease agreements.
The RLL TL program is powered by RLL Stillwater Sponsored Captive Insurance Company, LLC, a Utah-based captive insurance company, and Sequoia Risk, one of the largest independent captive management firms in Utah, with many captive programs under management. Coverage is provided by an A+ rated A.M. Best insurance carrier. The RLL TL program is a community-based property damage liability program. The property damage waiver enables residents to receive up to $100,000 of property damage liability protection and up to $15,000 for damage to their personal property. Resident enrollment is easy and simple. Higher unit enrollment in our program can result in greater levels of surplus participation.
The RLL TL program is underwritten by ORU in all 50 states. The ORU companies are A+ rated for financial strength and operating performance by A.M. Best rating agencies
